For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and other applicable regulations, through this Privacy Policy, Barcimasterl, S.L. (hereinafter, BARCIMASTER) informs the Users of this Website (hereinafter, Website) about its Privacy and Security Policy in the collection and subsequent processing of personal data collected from Users of this Website who are interested in placing an online order request or contact request. The terms Users and Clients are used here to refer to all individuals who, for whatever reason, access the Website, and so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide Barcimaster with the Personal Data that may be requested for the use of the aforementioned Website, for the formalization of an online order request through an online form or a contact request.

2. Protection of personal data.

Any personal data provided by the User as a result of accessing certain services on this Website will be automatically incorporated into an automated personal data file owned by Barcimaster, S.L. and will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy detailed on this Website.

When the User wishes to request an online quote or simply to have Barcimaster contact him/her, he/she must complete the request form provided for this purpose, indicating, among other things, his/her name and surname, telephone number, email address and other data considered necessary. This information will be used by Barcimaster to process the request and contact the User via email or telephone and send the requested information, as well as to manage the commercial relationship with the User.

In this regard, the User must guarantee that the Personal Data provided is true and assumes the obligation to communicate any changes to it.
